By Ann.  Nicole spent 2 nights in Arenal Observatory Lodge, at base of Arenal Volcano (which at this moment is dormant) to view wildlife.  She saw white face monkeys with their babies and different colored iguanas on the Lodge property.  An early 6 am morning guided bird walk offered her just what she wanted.  She saw a family of toucans, as well as many

small colorful birds-emerald green and bright blue.   Best of all was her encounter with the pet raccoon named George, on his morning stroll.  He ambled up to Nicole and began rubbing up against her leg.  She was mesmerized.  Nicole said her greatest adventure was the 17 platform zip line by Sky Tram Sky Trek high over the rainforest canopy with a great view to Lake Arenal.

Nicole also spent 3 nights on the NW Pacific coast of Guanacaste at Capitan Suizo Hotel located in a little town called Tamarindo, with white sand beaches  and fantastic sunsets.
