Our recent vacation to Costa Rica was great fun and well planned-thanks to Ann who designed our 8 day itinerary.  We told Ann we wanted high adventure outdoor exciting day tours and that is exactly what she set up for us.   In Arenal we  did Sky Tram Sky Trek , Lost Canyon Adventure-canyoneering, kayaking on Lake Arenal, and horseback riding on the Arenal Observatory Lodge’s farm located at base of the mighty Arenal volcano.

In Manuel Antonio we went white water rafting on the Savegre River and sea kayaking with snorkel.

These 2 destinations were a perfect combination of Mountains and Beach adventures.

Alex’s favorite was the Lost Canyon canyoneering in Arenal and Xinia’s Costa Rica Vacation HomeStay B&B  where we spent 2 nights.  Alex practiced her Spanish with Jessica and Bryan, Xinia’s kids.
